Refund policy

Salmon Slayer, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at aksalmonslayerof@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Many Salmon Slayer T-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve shirts, hats, tote bags, and accessories are made or printed specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for incorrect size selection, color choice, change of mind, accidental orders, or personal preference.

Approved return items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or alterations. Do not send any item back before receiving return instructions.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and bank processing times may vary. Please review product details and size information carefully before ordering.
