Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, supplier, print-on-demand production time, inventory availability, holidays, weather, and order volume.

Some Salmon Slayer products may be made to order through print-on-demand partners. Made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary by carrier, destination, product type, and fulfillment partner.

Because Salmon Slayer may sell apparel, cookbooks, seasonings, drinkware, accessories, and promotional items from different fulfillment sources, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items purchased, order weight, destination, and available shipping options.

Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and may be subject to order minimums, product restrictions, or location limits.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items from different suppliers or fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Print-on-Demand Items

Many apparel and accessory items may be printed or produced after your order is placed. Because these items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Salmon Slayer is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed or sent to fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. Salmon Slayer is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside our control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, shipping carrier, or delivery location first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

  • A short description of the issue
