Salmon Slayer Derby, Giveaway, and Free Entry Sweepstakes Rules

These rules apply to Salmon Slayer virtual derbies, giveaways, sweepstakes, prize drawings, free entry promotions, bonus entry promotions, and related promotional events unless a separate set of official rules is provided for a specific promotion.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win a Salmon Slayer sweepstakes or giveaway.

A purchase does not improve your odds of winning.

Where bonus entries are offered for purchases, a free alternate method of entry will also be available unless the promotion is structured as a lawful contest or purchase-based reward program.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:

  • Open to legal residents of the United States

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Void where prohibited by law

  • Employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and immediate family members of Salmon Slayer may be excluded from winning when required by promotion rules

7. Virtual Derby Entries

For any Salmon Slayer virtual fishing derby:

  • Fish must be legally caught.

  • Participants must follow all applicable fish and game regulations.

  • Participants must have all required licenses, permits, stamps, or approvals.

  • Participants must follow legal harvest limits and location restrictions.

  • Fish must be caught during the eligible derby period.

  • Salmon Slayer may require photo, video, measurement, timestamp, location, or other verification.

  • Salmon Slayer may reject entries that are incomplete, unclear, altered, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or unverifiable.

Salmon Slayer does not authorize or encourage illegal fishing activity.

8. Fish and Game Regulations

Participants are solely responsible for understanding and following all federal, state, local, tribal, and fish and game laws.

Salmon Slayer is not responsible for any fishing violation, citation, penalty, injury, loss, or damage connected to participation in a derby or fishing-related promotion.

9. Winner Selection

Winners may be selected by random drawing, judging criteria, derby results, verified entry, or another method stated in the promotion details.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification

Winners may be contacted by email, phone, direct message, or other contact method provided during entry.

Winners may be required to respond within a stated time period. If a winner does not respond, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or fails to follow the rules, Salmon Slayer may select an alternate winner.

11. Prizes

Prize details will be listed in each promotion.

Prizes may include merchandise, gift cards, cash prizes, store credit, apparel, cookbooks, seasonings, drinkware, accessories, derby-related prizes, or other items.

Prizes are not transferable unless Salmon Slayer allows it in writing.

12. Social Media Promotions

If a promotion is hosted on or promoted through social media, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, or any other platform unless clearly stated.

By entering through social media, participants agree to follow the rules of the platform.

If a post, tag, comment, share, hashtag, review, or other social media action is used for entry, participants should clearly disclose that the post is connected to a promotion when required.

13. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Salmon Slayer permission to use their name, username, likeness, submitted content, fish photos, videos, testimonials, and entry materials for promotional, marketing, website, social media, and business purposes unless prohibited by law.

14. Disqualification

Salmon Slayer may disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits false information

  • Attempts to cheat or manipulate entries

  • Violates fish and game laws

  • Submits altered or fraudulent photos

  • Uses bots, fake accounts, or automated entry methods

  • Harasses others

  • Violates the promotion rules

  • Violates platform rules

  • Acts in a way that harms the promotion or Salmon Slayer brand

15. Changes or Cancellation

Salmon Slayer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or end any promotion if fraud, technical issues, weather, safety concerns, legal concerns, low participation, platform issues, supply issues, or circumstances outside our control affect the promotion.

16. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release Salmon Slayer from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities related to participation, fishing activity, prize acceptance, prize use, technical issues, or promotion administration.
